  • Cancellations

    Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged $100, and $150 within 24 hour. No-shows will be ineligible for a refund. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

  • Reschedules

    No rescheduling fees for weather, maintenance, or other factors outside of anyone’s control. Otherwise, reschedules within 8 hours will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, with exceptions made on a case-by-case basis.
