Discovery Flights
What is a discovery flight? Also called an introductory or demonstration flight, this is a discounted “flight lesson” designed to allow an aspiring pilot to discover if flying is something they want to do. It allows them to meet with the instructor, see the plane, and evaluate the school. After the flight, they are provided the opportunity to discuss the flight training process with their instructor who can answer all their questions. It’s your ability to interview the school, and as such, it is critically important.
Discovery flights at JEDAIR often emulate real lessons as much as possible. However, due to the time constraints, some elements of the lesson are abbreviated (such as the pre-flight) depending on the package.

Choose a Duration
Pick how long you want the flight to go for. Check out the description to have a better idea of what to expect, as the longer the lesson, the more we will do, and the more representative it will be of a real flight lesson.
Book a Lesson
Right on this website, book and pay for the lesson. You can pay before or after scheduling, but all flights must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointments. Let us know if you have any special requests, we always do our best to accommodate them! If we need to reschedule, it is at no charge. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.
Schedule Your Time
Assuming you have not already, within 12 hours of payment you can expect to receive an email and phone call from someone at JEDAIR to schedule a specific time for your flight. You are also welcome to call or text us before that! We can typically accommodate most requests.
