Fixed Cost Flight Training

Whether you are starting from scratch or already have started, JEDAIR offers transparent, fixed-cost training options designed to keep you focused on flying, without the financial uncertainty of common pay-as-you-go models.

Career Pathway

The career pathway is designed to get a pilot from zero to commercial pilot in 12 months or less. However, while this timeline is subject to many uncertainties, such as weather, examiner availability, and more, we estimate 12 months to be a high average for a student who is committed to the program.

Fortunately, unlike many schools with a career pathway program, we do not commit our students to flying full-time, and we provide highly flexible scheduling to enable students to continue working their jobs, even if it means an extended timeline.

Career Pathway Package Includes:

  • ✅ Private Pilot Certificate (PPL)

  • ✅ Instrument Rating (IFR)

  • ✅ Crew (CRM) Time Building

  • ✅ Commercial Pilot Certificate (CPL)

  • ✅ Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)

  • ✅ Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFII)

JEDAIR Fixed Cost Guarantee:

It shouldn’t in a flight school’s best interest to make their students struggle. Unlike other career pathway programs, your program tuition at JEDAIR covers the entire cost of your training, not a fixed number of hours.

Regardless of the amount of flight time it takes, we’ve bet our bottom line on ensuring your training doesn’t cost you a cent extra than what you were told it would. If it takes longer than planned, we eat the cost for you.

If the program isn’t completed for any reason, we provide a prorated refund for the remaining balance within 7 days.

This is the JEDAIR Fixed Cost Guarantee.

Why Choose Fixed Cost?

✅ Zero Surprise Costs
All essential expenses are included: aircraft rental, instruction, written exams, checkrides, and even examiner fees*. No hidden fees, fuel surcharges, or unexpected invoices.

✅ Fixed Outcomes, Not Fixed Hours.
Our JEDAIR Fixed Cost Guarantee.

✅ Flexible, Full or Part Time Scheduling
Unlike many career pathway programs, students are never prevented from having other commitments while studying. Students maintain their own authority over managing their schedule.

✅ Unlimited Instruction
You’ll never be rushed out the door or charged by the minute. Thorough pre- and post-flight briefings are included in every lesson.

✅ ForeFlight Pro Subscription
ForeFlight Pro subscription included for the duration of your program, so you can train with the same tools used by the pros.

✅ VSL Aviation ACE Guide Subscription
Included lifetime access to the incredibly valuable pilot resource created by Seth Lake, an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE).

✅ Consistent Instructor Support
Work directly with an instructor who cares and will personally guide you through each phase of training, so you build rapport and continuity throughout your journey.

✅ Custom Training Timeline
Train full-time or part-time—we’ll work with your schedule to build a realistic, efficient path to certification.

✅ Integrated Career Guidance
From resume building to job placement as a CFI, we provide mentoring, professional development, and networking support as you prepare for a career in aviation.

✅ Available Housing
If you need assistance with finding housing in the area, please let us know!

✅ Realistic, Not Minimum Expectations
We always base our expectations on what is realistic, not what the FAA minimum is. For example, while the private pilot minimum is 40 hours of flight time, the average is 73 (according to the FAA).

*Retesting fees not covered. Applicants self certify they are prepared for the checkride when they begin the test.
